Moroccan Dinner
Daily Dining
We start the day with a simple and tasty breakfast of fresh fruits, omelettes, traditional Morrocan peanut butter and pancakes made from our own secret family recipe.
After a morning enjoying the waves, we have a packed lunch at the beach. Each day we provide traditional moroccan sandwiches, fish and different salads, all prepared to be eaten with an ocean view.
When you get back from the beach, our lovely Chef Karima cooks up a storm for the best traditional dinner you can find in Morocco.
Karima
Chef De cuisine
Karima creates traditional dishes from scratch, using techniques handed down in the family for generations. Each meal consists of a variety of salads and bread, alongside the main dish of tagine, couscous, and other traditional dishes. When there is a good fishing catch, we also get the opportunity to barbecue on the rooftop terrace, eating the freshest of fish with the gorgeous Moroccan sunset.
We care deeply about the quality of our food and endeavor to support the local economy where possible, buying all our ingredients from local farmers and producers.
One night a week Karima rests, so we take the opportunity to take you out to the best restaurants in the areas around Tamraght, Taghazout, and Aourir. This also provides a good opportunity to see other local areas and explore the souvenir shops to get your own little piece of Morocco to take home.
